where heavy music plays

the rain continues to drip
its a good job I’m waterproof, I think

the newspaper has decided the future
a kettle clicks
cracked egg shells
dream of girlfriends past
coming to the end of the book
a gripping read

a crossword with misplaced letters and through the window
the lawn looks like a poor mans haircut

a dripping tap
a recipe
missing ingredients
tea, hot and in my hand
